Q: The History of our factory?
A: In 2000, Fibconet started our adapters business first and accumulated
funds, then we started producing jumpers in 2006. In 2009 We developed
the splitter workshop. The sales volume exceeded 15 million US dollars
in 2015. In the same year, we began to explore foreign markets.
Q: What are the monthly production, annual capacity, and annual sales of your factory?
A: We now have 12 production lines and each line produces 30-40 kilometers per day.
Q: How about the machine and the automation level?
A: We have fully automatic equipment (A production line needs only one person to manage) including 4 outdoor optical cables finished production lines and 8 indoor optical cables finished production lines.
Q: What's the condition of your raw materials?
A: We purchase the raw materials from Jiangsu, the new materials cost 14000-15000 per ton and the return materials need 9000 per ton.
Q: How to control the quality of your products and what are the quality inspection standards and equipment?
A: We have specialized inspectors and equipment (two pieces of equipment imported from Jpan and which are mainly used to test the total length of the optical cable and whether the optical cable is broken.)
