FIBCONET's story began in 1994, in the copper cable era of China's communication industry. In 2007, we formally entered fiber optic manufacturing through a jointly invested, officially registered factory partnership - and we have been deepening our expertise in optical communication ever since, for over 30 years in the industry.
Today, FIBCONET operates 3 manufacturing centers in China (a fourth under construction), covering over 15, 000 m² with 360 staff and engineers. Our monthly production capacity reaches 500, 000 PLC splitters - ranking us among China's top 3 PLC manufacturers - plus 10, 000, 000 fiber optic connectors, 3, 000, 000+ patch cords, and 30, 000 KM of fiber optic cable. As a national high-tech enterprise, we hold 50+ patents, including 15 invention patents.
We manufacture a full range of passive optical components and cables: PLC/FBT splitters, patch cords & pigtails, fast connectors, adapters, indoor & outdoor fiber optic cables, FTTH drop cables, distribution boxes, splice closures, and pre-terminated Quick ODN solutions. Our PLC splitters are field-proven in extreme environments - even at -50°C in markets like Russia, they keep transmitting reliably, thanks to two full high-low temperature cycle tests (-50°C to +85°C). And if you need 0.1 dB insertion loss on patch cords and connectors - a level hard for regular production - we have the capability to deliver it.
Beyond manufacturing, FIBCONET is your one-stop vertical sourcing partner across China's fiber optic industry. We supply bare optical fiber through deep inventory and distribution partnerships with major Chinese brands such as YOFC, Hengtong and FiberHome, and we are an authorized supplier of CCTC ceramic ferrules and KERUIDE materials - from fiber and cable to passive components, enclosures and tools, all held to the same standards we set for our own factories.
Quality is verified, not claimed: 100% IL/RL testing, end-face 3D interferometry, and per-batch test records available with your shipment. We control upstream materials directly - fiber from YOFC / Hengtong / FiberHome, NTT glue, CCTC ferrules - to ensure low IL, great uniformity and long-term reliability. Depending on product category and project requirements, we provide ISO 9001, RoHS, TLC and other certifications.
Our customers span the globe - served through long-term partnerships with industry leaders such as Corning in the USA, Vodafone in Europe and Furukawa in Japan.
